"I love soldering," says one employee in this film about recruiting new employees. Isn't that great? And anyone who sees the film will see that the people at Schleifring all have something to say, that they really enjoy working there and that they also enjoy sports and leisure activities together. No 3D, no frills - and yet we really like this film. Oh yes: we love filming!
