SCHOTT AG is known in the city of Mainz as a model employer with excellent social benefits. We were able to convince ourselves of the good working atmosphere during the first interviews with the trainees. And this is exactly what we wanted our films to show. The good humour during filming is conveyed particularly well in our "Making Of" montage.

Of lab rats and night owls
An employee sits at a desk or stands in front of a machine. Her name is shown and she explains why she enjoys what she does all day. But she doesn't look so happy. A concept like this only works if the working atmosphere is right. At SCHOTT AG it fits, but somehow this classic was still too boring for us. We used utensils to lighten up otherwise often somewhat stiff interview situations and with a pinch of well-dosed humour, the insight into various job profiles was informative, but also entertaining.
